ibanez bass guitar i took the bolt on neck off and there a piece of fabric?

i took off the lightning flash on neck on my ibanez bass guitar and im not sure what to do with this piece of fabric shaped like this ////////// its pretty small and im not sure where to put it when i put the neck back on or is it not even resulting?

That get a load off one's mind of tissue goes completely in the back of the cavity. This allows the neck to dip slightly and allowing for a better and lower effect.

I still can't see why you removed the neck. When you bold it back on, make sure that it is straight as their is a little sideway play on those basses.
Align it with the E operate and the G string in place. otherwise, the G-string can fall outside the neck when you play because it will be too close. Center the neck.

what would you recommend a fender bass guitar or a ibanez bass?

i over im going to get a bass guitar and my friend the plays electric guitar told me that ibanez are better then fenders but my other fried that actually plays bass said that fender are one of the greatest bass guitars! im really confused and im not sure which to get so im going to get other peoples opinions!
