Bass Guitar info plz?
okay, so Im looking for info on basses cuz I'm lyk WAY cluless!!
so, heres where you footfall in.
can you give me some names of good brands and why you think its good? or, if you have a Bass wht brand do you have and do you think its a good one? or any other helpfull info because I want a benevolent bass

well, it depends how much you are willing to spend
If you are gonna spend a little bit, not too much, Ibanez basses are always good. Thats how much i got mine & I like it. Then you have your Fender Jazz & Faithfulness Basses which are good as well. A Squire Jazz or Precison bass for $200 is great too, but it kind of depends what music your into. Heavier music your change one's mind off with an Ibanez. But the fender is more for all music but Ibanez is better for heavy music. Ibanez is still good for all music though.
Now if your content to go higher, maybe around $500 or something, you can get a real and decent Jazz or Precision bass. Those are good as well
Up to the $1000 and up, you can get a real & very palatable Fender Jazz or Precision bass. The REAL DEAL, may i add. Also i would recommend a Gibson or Warwick Bass.
