Enrico Roselli Piano Accordion?

I hanker after to buy this 41 keys 120 bass piano accordion for my dad. The accordion is in good physical shape with absolutely no damage. There are three registers (two flagitious + one white) buttons on the treble and two registers on the bass side to select sets of reeds. No key sticks and all the keys and bass works keen. The accordion sounds nice (I am a hobby pianist). The accordion looks like it is a dry tuned accordion. Is it mentioned anywhere on the accordion?

The price is around US$100. There is no holder with it. Should I buy it?
The accordion I am looking at is fairly new in condition. But at the same time it isn't huge. The keys are good enough to play on size wise. I understand there are sizes for men and women to play comfortably on. This may just be a "petite" accordion, but I was able to move my fingers on them appealing easily. Also, size is a limitation when you fly since I will be flying home with this one.

Any tips on packing?
The registers do not have any dots. On the bottom, it says that it has been particularly built for some Stancato School (not sure of the spelling).

My concern is if the airline would allow me to carry it on with me.

Ckeck out Ike's web place. All your questions regarding packing and valuation should be answered.

$100 sounds like a pretty kind deal unless it is moldy or mildew smelling or is in serious need of tuning. Check to see if the sounds are the same on each note, on each show, on both the push and draw.
